Ryan Windmiller inherited a passion for home building from his father. He launched his own company focused on serving clients looking for small to mid-sized, semi-custom and custom homes at affordable to mid-range prices. As demand grew, so did his business. In 2010, to expand resources and continue the family legacy, Ryan merged his company with his father’s—Windmiller Design Build.
